New Look 6623 bias skirt vintage cami and tap shorts

03/14/2020

Pattern Description:
A simple pull on bias skirt
Pattern Sizing:
I made a size 10
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I liked the nineties look of this skirt. I had several like this back in my twenties and I think it looks cute with a tank top in summer. I made a matching camisole to wear with it with a vintage Stretch and Sew lingerie pattern.
Fabric Used:
Rayon crepe I bought in Portugal. The fabric was from Zara, a Spanish clothing chain.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
None
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes. I made another in silk charmeuse.
Conclusion:
Great basic bias pull on skirt
